What does working together look like?
An ongoing monthly engagement, with a few focused hours a week. I check in with you every two weeks, build or guide your team between calls, and keep priorities and results in one shared place. As each system goes live, I help your team use it and move on to the next worthwhile opportunity.
What happens first?
Tell me about your business through the short intake. I review it personally. If there’s a fit, I’ll reach out to arrange a call about your priorities and how I can help. The engagement starts with discovery across your teams and a prioritized opportunity map.
Will you actually build it?
Yes. I can build the agents, connect your tools, and implement the systems myself—or direct your own team. Either way, I stay involved through implementation and train your team to run and extend the work.
What if I don’t know where to start?
You don’t need a technical brief. Start with what you want to achieve and what keeps getting in the way. I’ll help you figure out whether the answer is AI, a simpler process, or a different use of the tools you already have.
Can you work on our product, too?

How much does it cost?
It’s a monthly engagement. The fee depends on the implementation time and scope. I agree the fee, priorities, and terms with you before work begins, then review the value with you throughout.
